<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a treatment performance by preventing a coil wire of a hollow coil body from being caught by a needle tip when retracting/extracting it from the needle tip 6 in a medical guide wire comprising the hollow coil body to be retracted/extracted from the needle tip 6 of a puncture needle 5. <P>SOLUTION: This medical guide wire 1 is so constituted that the hollow coil body is a hollow stranded wire coil body 2 formed by stranding a plurality of solid wires or stranded coil wires 3 into a multiple-wire body, the strand angle θ1 of the coil wire 3 of the hollow stranded coil body 2 to a long shaft 4 of the hollow stranded coil body 2 is 55° or less, and it is set to either of an angle zone that the angle of the blade tip 6 to the blade surface angle θ2 is +2° or more or that to the blade surface angle θ2 is -2° or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
