BINDER FOR PRODUCING WOOD BOARDS (VARIANTS)

The invention relates to polymer binders which are used for producing wood boards and plywood. The aim of said invention is to improve the strength of a glued joint, accelerate hardening and to reduce a time for pressing wood boards. The inventive binder for producing wood boards and plywood comprises a carbamide-formaldehyde oligomer, hardener and water. In a first variant, said binder additionally comprises AlO(OH), amorphous AlO(OH)+Al2O3 and gamma - Al2O3 at a following component ratio: 30-70 mass % carbamide-formaldehyde oligomer, 0.2-3 mass % hardener, 0.6-15 mass % AlO(OH), 0.6-10 mass % amorphous AlO(OH)+Al2O3 and 0.6-17 mass % gamma - Al2O3, the rest being water. In the second variant, the inventive binder for producing wood boards and plywood consisting of the carbamide-formaldehyde oligomer, hardener and water additionally comprises Al (OH) 3 at a following component ratio: 30-70 mass % carbamide-formaldehyde oligomer, 0.2-3 mass % hardener, 2.0-20.0 mass % AlO(OH)3, the rest being water.
