<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent recovery apparatus which is firstly excellent in equipment cost and running cost, secondly disperses an exhaust gas to atmospheric-discharge, thirdly can check always the breakthrough status of active carbon, fourthly can reduce the amount of inert gas used, and fifthly can fill up a suitable amount of the active carbon. <P>SOLUTION: The solvent recovery apparatus 1 can recover the solvent C alternatively or in simultaneous parallel from an exhaust gas generating equipment 4 and a waste liquid generating equipment 5, uses the exhaust gas A from a heat exchanger 23 for condensation as a cooling medium of a heat exchanger 20 for preliminary cooling, and detects a temperature variation of each height level of the active carbon 10 filled up in an absorption and desorption tank 2 with a plurality of temperature detection means 11. Further, the apparatus can switch the inert gas to atmosphere to supply it from a hot-air supply means 17 to the absorption and desorption tank 2, and furthermore, between an upper and lower meshed materials in which the height position is adjustable, the active carbon 10 is filled up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
