PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital audio reproducing system outputting an audio signal recorded by digital data and reproduced while making the audio signal correspond to a position of a pickup picking up an analog signal from a record disk, a direction and speed of the pickup, in which system a reproduced audio signal positioned in a time range exceeding a play time of the record disk is made to correspond to an analog signal from the record disk and outputted. SOLUTION: The digital audio reproducing system which makes an analog signal from the record disk and digital data recorded in a CD correspond to each other by serial time data and outputs the digital data is provided with a cue setting means 28 in which, when an audio signal is outputted using a different position from a position of an output of the audio signal from the CD as a cue position for a position of play of the analog signal from the record disk 2, time data can be corresponded to a position of play of the analog signal on and after a position of a different output of the audio signal from the CD.
