PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system management device that avoids duplicated development of a shared process to achieve maintenance and management by managing the relation between a plurality of component elements (internal processes and objects) of the input and output processings. SOLUTION: The system management device avoids the duplication of programs by combining five processing parts, i.e., an object information managing part, a program designing part, a corresponding information managing part, a management information displaying/editing process part, and a program-creating part, and six databases, i.e., an object information management database, a program design information management database, an initial state management database, a resulting state management database, a corresponding information management database, and a process information management database.
