PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid suction/supply container, which can be connected to a suction nozzle of a liquid suction /supply apparatus by insertion for attachment or removed from the suction nozzle for replacement in a cassette-type usage, and keeps the suction nozzle connected airtightly to a discharge port of the container without fail to prevent the air from coming into the discharge port or a content liquid in the container from leaking out. SOLUTION: The liquid suction/supply container comprises a trunk wall 1 consisting of a cylindrical inner wall 1a and a cylindrical outer wall 1b, a top wall 2 formed at one end of the trunk wall 1, the discharge port 5, which is formed on the top wall 2 and has a diameter smaller than that of the trunk wall 1, hook stoppers 3, which are near the discharge port 5 along its periphery and are locked on the outer peripheral edge of an insertion hole 12 formed on a top face 11 of a container attaching cylindrical holder B of the liquid suction /supply apparatus, a bottom wall 6, which is formed at the other end of the trunk wall 1 and has a constantly open opening 6a, and a tabular plunger 8, which is closely in contact with the entire inner surface of the trunk wall 1 circumferentially and is capable of sliding between the top wall 2 and the bottom wall 6 in the length direction L of the trunk wall 1.
