PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably monitor a plant and accurately and surely control the plant in a large-sized display system in a plant-monitoring control field.

SOLUTION: The control server 2 of a large-sized display is provided with a screen display control process 2A and a remote control process 2B, and a CRT terminal 4 is provided with a remote control process 4A. The screen display control process 2A transmits an operation-starting event and an operation-finishing event to the remote control process 2B, and the remote control process 2B makes an operating right locked or unlocked by referring to an operating-right locking rule table. The remote control process 4A transmits an operating-right acquisition request event to the remote control process 2B and gives the operating right only when the operating right is not locked.
