PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adding and utilizing a certain kind of oligosaccharide and a lactic acid bacterial metabolite for a healthy food. SOLUTION: A certain kind of oligosaccharide having recognized effects on control of intestinal functions such as a galactooligosaccharide and a lactic acid bacterial metabolite capable of clarifying the enteral environment of a human as materials for a specific food for health are added to a healthy food to thereby proliferate lactic acid bacteria (especially bifidus bacteria) so as to enable the sufficient absorption of ingredients of a healthy food. Thereby, the enteral environment is adjusted to maintain the health. |
