PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic acid silver salt composition for a silver salt photothermographic dry imaging material, which yields the silver salt photothermographic dry imaging material with a high maximum density and reduced fogging and has a fine particle size, its preparation method and the silver salt photothermographic dry imaging material using the organic acid silver salt composition.
