A muscle stimulation and massage assembly has a base-plate (3) supporting an upright column (2), and a vibrator. The rectangular base-plate surrounds a rectangular area and has castors (32) or skids at each corner. The column consists of an elongated inverted U-shaped rod with two shanks 21, 22). The shanks guide a rising/falling lift unit (4) that can be stopped and arrested at any point. The lift (4) is a U-shaped frame holding a vibrator.
