PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a glow pin of a ceramic glow plug composed of an inner cylinder and at least one outer layer, capable of inexpensively manufacturing the glow pin. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the glow pin of the ceramic glow plug composed of the inner cylinder and at least one outer layer, at least one outer layer is formed by flame spray coating.
