<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-stage compressor system compressing air supplied to a cathode of a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a first stage compressor compressing air supply for providing first pressurized air flow with a first pressure. A second stage compressor includes a compressing unit compressing the first air flow into a second pressurized air flow with second pressure. A drive unit drives the pressure unit by using expansion energy of exhaust flow of the fuel cell.
