PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus which enables X-ray fluoroscopy at a free angle around the iso-center, prevents operator's access to the subject from being disturbed, and is easily manufactured and set. SOLUTION: This X-ray diagnostic apparatus comprises an X-ray generation mechanism 2 to expose an X-ray to a subject 1, an X-ray detector 3 to detect an X-ray transmitting through the subject 1, a C-arm bent in an almost C-shape for attaching the X-ray generation mechanism 2 and the X-ray detector 3 to both ends, an almost arc shape guide mechanism 5 set on a floor surface, and a support part 6 set movable along the guide mechanism 5 to support the C-arm 4.
