In one embodiment of the invention, it is possible to heat printed circuit boards (14) or a metallic copper coating for subsequent working steps, whereby the heating ensues by means of an induction heater (16). An induction coil (18), which generates the inductive alternating field in a metallic region of the printed circuit board whereby heating the same, extends at a short distance from the surface of the printed circuit board (14). A corresponding method and a corresponding device are particularly advantageous for printed circuit boards (14) in continuous production. |
