PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable environment without giving an unpleasant feeling and imposing time and labor in a painting work by succeeding beauty in a conventional manner and obtaining a nail treatment cosmetic for finish corresponding to painting through the use of film shape enamel, a makeup method, and a cosmetic tool therefor. SOLUTION: The nail treatment cosmetic contains an enamel film 1 including a composition to be used for a nail treatment material, a film fixer 3, and a finishing agent 4. The film fixer 3 is a volatile or adhesive composition mainly containing an alcohol solvent. The finishing agent 4 consists of an oil solution such as silicone, paraffin, and animal/vegetable oil, so as not to deteriolate the enamel film by a low surface tension value, and is a fluid having surface tension not more than 40mN/m. The membrane 1 is softened by the film fixer 3 and coated on a finger part by permitting protrusion. A protrusion part is removed by a deformation peeling action through the use of the finishing agent 4. Under the existence of the oil solution with the low surface tension, only the protruded film to be deformed in a skin part is peeled.
