<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the lowering of oil amount supplied to an oil required part even if the speed of a mobile body is changed. <P>SOLUTION: This oil feeder comprises an oil holding part 50 and first oil required parts 8, 62, 63, 67, 68, 72, and 76 formed on the mobile body and a first oil discharge part 58 supplying the oil held in the oil holding part 50 to the first oil required parts. The oil feeder also comprises a restricting member 64 restricting that the oil discharged from the first oil discharge part 58 and the first oil required parts move relative to each other in the moving direction of the mobile body and a second oil discharge part 57 supplying the oil held by the oil holding part 50 to the first oil required parts.
