PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio receiver capable of storing audio signals of a radio broadcast and reproducing an arbitrary portion at an arbitrary time. SOLUTION: Audio signals of radio broadcasts received/demodulated by a plurality of tuners are inputted to an A/D converter 23. The A/D converter 23 digitizes all the inputted (n) audio signals. An encoder 25 stores the digitized signals (digital audio signals) in a storage device 26 while adding time information indicating reception times and channel information identifying the broadcasts thereto. At such a time, former data are overwritten with new data. The stored digital audio signals of an arbitrary channel and an arbitrary time band are read at an arbitrary time by operating an operating part 14 and reproduced by processing using a decoder 7, a D/A converter 9 and the like.
