PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photograph, such as an object represented in a visually recognized form of the internal structure of a specimen, especially of a living body. SOLUTION: X-ray irradiation by an X-ray source is focused on a region, including a point 4 disposed within an inspected region 7 of the specimen 5 by support from an X-ray lens 2. A current measurement result is referred to. Secondary irradiation (such as Compton, fluorescence) appearing in the region is carried to one or more detectors 6, for example, by support from an X-ray lens 3. The inspected region 7 of the specimen 5 is scanned out, by shifting a location of the region. The density of the specimen at the point and coordinates of the point 4 are determined simultaneously, by summing the intensity values of the secondary irradiation received from one or more detectors 6.
