PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having superior visibility by displaying the whole surface of a liquid crystal display part at equal brightness. SOLUTION: This game machine is provided with a variable display means variably displaying a plurality of symbol lines which are formed with a plurality of symbols displayed annually, respectively; an image display means provided in front of the variable display means, having a symbol transmission part transmittingly displaying the symbols, and displaying an image related to the game; a lighting means having a light source in front of the symbol lines and lighting the symbol lines from the surface of the symbol lines; a reflection means having a reflection part provided between the variable display means and the image display means, reflecting the light from the lighting means and lighting the symbol transmission part, and a transparent part allowing a player to view the symbols of the variable display means; and a changeover means changing over the positions between the reflection part and the transparent part of the reflection means relative to the symbol transmission part.
