PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic breadmaker capable of obtaining a rice flour bread to be made mainly from rice flour, obtaining a wheat flour bread to be made mainly from wheat flour to user's taste, and effectively getting a quality of the raw material by harmonizing properties of each main material and a dedicated process for each main material. SOLUTION: The automatic breadmaker comprises a first process for baking bread to be made mainly from rice flour, a second process for baking bread to be made mainly from wheat flour, a first selection button 25 for choosing the first process and a second selection button 29 for choosing the second process. Choosing the dedicated process (the first process) for obtaining the rice flour bread or choosing the dedicated process (the second process) for obtaining the wheat flour bread by operating each selection button allows the selected bread to be baked to user's taste to be eaten.
