PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt modifying material having good solubility in asphalt and excellent processability and storage stability, etc., and to provide the asphalt modifying material further improving physical strength such as abrasion, impact and flow resistances. SOLUTION: The asphalt modifying material is characterized as comprising a pressure-sensitive adhesion imparting resin in an amount of 0-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-conjugated diene block copolymer having <15 g/10 min melt flow value and a process oil in an amount of 5-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts. wt. of the vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-conjugated diene block copolymer and further rubber in an amount of≤40 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of each of the components.
