<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a golf club head preventing discoloring of the head or losing effects of peening and heat treatment, which are performed before welding, due to the welding to be performed in a manufacturing process of the golf club head. <P>SOLUTION: Parts intended to avoid the discoloring and parts intended not to lose the effects of the peening and the like, which are performed beforehand, are cooled simultaneously with welding a member. The cooling is so performed that inert gas such as argon gas is pressurized and cooled with a vortex tube and is sprayed to the parts to be cooled.
