A manufacturing method of a polymer film and a manufacturing system thereof are provided to manufacture the uniform film, and to produce an optical polarizing filter and a liquid crystal display apparatus efficiently by reducing fluctuation of pressure of a second decompression chamber and a pipe and restricting vertical creases on the polymer film. A film manufacturing system includes a dope making unit, a casting unit(12), a drier and a winding unit. The casting unit comprises a casting die(36), a backup roller(37) and a belt(38). A casting film(51b) is formed on the belt by discharging dope(51a) to the belt, and first and second decompression chambers(61,62) are formed in an upper part of the casting die. A decompression adjusting unit(66) is connected to the second decompression chamber, and composed of a decompression fan(63) and a controller(64) controlling rpm of the decompression fan. The second decompression chamber is connected to the decompression fan by a pipe(67) of 70 to 700 mm in diameter and less than 30 m in length, and first and second expansion mufflers(71,72) are installed in the pipe. The sectional area rate of the first expansion muffler to the pipe is 5 to 500.
