PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper for flag which can stop a flag, in a way so as to prevent positional deviation and dislodgement thereof, which is simple in construction and attaching and detaching operation and can be used repeatedly. SOLUTION: One-side edges of semicircular parts 1 and 2 are joined freely rotationally movable and holding plates 3 and 4 are extended from the other side edges. Engaging implements to superpose and engage the holding plates 3 and 4 are disposed, and through-holes 12, 13 and 16 are formed at the holding plates 3 and 4. The holding plate 3 is provided freely raisingly and tiltably with a fixing piece 5 and is provided with a locking implement for locking the fixing piece 5 to the holding plate 3.
