Process for producing a pull-off resistant cap-sealing at the pulling-in end of a multi-core optical cable
摘要
A process for producing a pull-off resistant cap-sealing at the pulling-in end of a multi-core optical cable is intended to permit the cap-sealing of the cable end concerned to be made in such a way as to rule out the risk of fibre fractures caused by strains which occur when pulling in the cable. This is achieved according to the invention by isolating the optical fibres from the effect of the filling compound and by the mechanical frictional contact over the entire cross-section of the cable being effected exclusively by the strain-relief and other elements of the cable mechanically connected to the filling compound.
