Shoes using memory-forms are provided to disperse load on feet to provide and maintain comfortable wearing. The shoes using memory-forms include; inside skin(10) installed on inner portions of the shoes and feet contacting parts which are made from memory-form. In the inside skin of shoes which covers feet under ankle bones has base portions(12) installed between soles(2) and upper soles(1) to contact feet surfaces, toe portions(14) extended from the base portions(12) to cover toes, heel portions(16) extended from the base portions(12) to cover heels, the side feet cover portions(18) extended from the base portions(12) to cover both sides of feet.
