A substrate assembly, a method of manufacturing the same, a display apparatus using the assembly and a method of manufacturing the apparatus using the assembly are provided to make the assembly flexible and reduce a defect rate of pixels when the pixels are formed. The first substrate part(10) has the first hardness. The second substrate part(20) has the second hardness which is lower than the first hardness and is adhered closely to the first substrate part. A sealing part(30) seals an edge part of a boundary surface formed between the first and second substrate parts. The first substrate part is comprised of a glass substrate or a metal substrate. The sealing part includes photosensitive materials reactive to light.
