PURPOSE: An automatic binding device for a container loaded on a ship is provided to reduce working hours and to connect the containers simply by assembling and disassembling the container from the automatic binding unit easily, and to improve the rigidity by integrally forming the lower locking head. CONSTITUTION: A rotating shaft(37) is integrally formed in the lower part of a rotating unit(32a) of an upper locking head(31) and combined with an elastic spring(35). Keys(37a,37b) are integrally formed in the rotating shaft, and a horizontal plane(37c) is formed in the opposite side of the keys to restrict interference with a locking plate(12) inserted to a slit groove(44). An assembling hole(42) is formed in the center of a lower locker(40) and combined with the rotating shaft of an upper locker. A key fitting sill(42a) is formed at the side of the assembling hole, and contacted to the key of the rotating shaft. A horizontal cut surface(45) is formed from the key fitting sill to the slit groove.
