PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a power window device, which can prevent deformation of cable insertion portions formed in a drum case fixed to a panel. SOLUTION: The mounting structure for the power window device is comprised of a driven unit 9 which is arranged in the panel 6 forming part of a vehicle door. The driven units 9 has a rotary drum having a cable 11 which is connected to a window panel, in a manner being reeled on/unreeled from the rotary drum, and the synthetic resin drum case 92 rotatably housing the rotary drum therein. According to the mounting structure, the drum case 92 is fixed to the panel 6 by a plurality of bolts 13, and has the cable insertion portions 92a into which the cable 11 is inserted. Further the vicinity of each cable insertion portion 92a is fixed to the panel 6 by engaging means 13, 69, 92e, at locations on both sides of the cable insertion portion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
