<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve resistance to bending artifact in a sensor-guide wire assembly. <P>SOLUTION: In this sensor-guide wire assembly 21 provided with a core wire 22 and a sensor element 23 to measure physiological variable in organism in a blood vessel, the sensor element 23 is provided with a mounting part 24 mounted on the core wire 22 and a pressure sensitive part 25 in which a pressure sensitive device such as a thin membrane 26 is provided on its upper face.
