摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an earnestly seeking ecofriendly industrial society by reconstructing the steel industry into a non-waste-producing global recycling type industry by using steelmaking slag, produced in the steel industry where wastes amount to as high as 45% of everything produced, as the principal raw material. <P>SOLUTION: Item 01 describes a technique of recovering, as a powder, silicon contained in an amount of 10.4% in steelmaking reduction slag to be converted in item 02 into novel solar power generation material silicon mineral ions. When sunlight strikes silicon mineral ions, the photons are scattered to emit electrons which flow as an electric current. An electricity conversion rate of at least 90% is attained simply by adjusting silicon mineral ions into EC-65 at 17°C and spreading it. Item 03 describes a technique of transforming the steelmaking reduction slag left after the removal of silicon into a powdery mineral ion fertilizer by changing its balance among metallic elements by treatment with heat at 500°C and acetic acid into a mineral balance suitable for a mineral fertilizer. Item 04 describes a technique of making coastal fisheries by producing rock on which seaweeds, lavers, and algae are capable of growing by using steelmaking oxidation slag as the principal raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
