<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of recognizing a plurality of consumers and used for executing feedback fund transfer based on a group to which each consumer belongs. <P>SOLUTION: When each consumer consumes, a group to which the consumer belongs is recognized by a recognition system; a certain rate of feedback money is presented from the consumption amount; the feedback money is transferred to a fund safe of the belonging group to use it for fund necessary for public-interest activities held by the belonging group. Thereby, the feedback money presented by consumption of the consumer is further used for the consumers, whereby consumer confidence is stimulated on one hand and fund for social welfare and local construction is increased on the other hand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
