PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic method for reinforcement, concrete and steel frame for determining easily and quickly the propriety of reuse of the reinforcement, concrete and steel frame constituting a reinforced concrete member after a fire, when the reinforced concrete member is subjected to the fire. SOLUTION: The hardness of the reinforcement subjected to a fire is measured, a heated temperature of the reinforcement is estimated based on a measured value therein, residual strength of the reinforcement is drawn out thereafter based on an estimated value of the heated temperature therein, and the propriety of the reuse of the reinforcement is determined based on the residual strength.
