PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire sensor capable of precisely responding to the occurrence of a fire at a low cost. SOLUTION: This fire sensor comprises a cover 1 to be put on a cable 2 having a pair of core wires 3, a pair of terminals 4 provided on the cover, a pair of small screws 6 for fixing the cover to the cable, each of which is screwed to each terminal and bitten into each core wire to make contact with its conductor 8, and an electric connection means 9 arranged between the terminals and electrically connecting, in the occurrence of the fire, the terminals by its heat.
