PURPOSE: A sirocco fan and a sirocco fan assembly are provided to reduce noises by using a main plate and a wing part. CONSTITUTION: A sirocco fan includes a main plate(10) and a wing part(20). The main plate(10) is coupled with a shaft coupling part for coupling with a motor rotation shaft. The wing part(20) includes a first wing part and a second wing part. The wing part(20) is formed at one side of the main plate(10). The first wing part has a plurality of wings formed at one side of the main plate(10) with an equal interval according to a circumference direction. The second wing part is coaxially formed with the first wing part. The second wing part has plural second wings. The second wings are offset from the first wings. The second wing part has the width larger than that of the first wing part.
