PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of executing work efficiently, economically and quickly in a safe condition within a specified short period of time at low cost, when injecting grout into the ground of a great depth exceeding 40 m. SOLUTION: External pipes 22 alone are inserted, set, and left in multiple drilled holes 20 excavated and formed in the ground 21 divergently from a grout tank 6 via a liquid feeding part 50, while inner pipes 30 of flexible multiple pipes are inserted at the same time into the external pipes 22, or replaceably set to be inserted/drawn out. In injecting the grout 24 into the deepest part 59 of the external pipe 22, a fixed flow rate is secured and injection into the ground 21 is performed regardless of a pressure fluctuation or ground resistance. When a diameter of the hole 20 drilled in the ground cannot be made large enough and the grout is injected through the small hole, even if the pressure or the ground resistance fluctuates, the construction work can be executed quickly, stably and smoothly at a fixed flow rate as is designed in a short period of time at low cost.
