PURPOSE: A gripping system is provided to reduce manufacturing hours, to cut down the manufacturing cost, to manage and maintain the quality of the product easily, and to increase the productivity by manufacturing the gripping system with injection-molding of plastic composite and by simplifying the assembling structure. CONSTITUTION: A gripping system(100) is composed of plural protrusions(10) for gripping the work piece, and a gripper(20) combined with the end of the protrusion and installed in the industrial equipment to distribute pressure to the protrusions. The protrusions and the gripper of the gripping system are manufactured of plastic compound, and made from polyimide. The plastic composite for the protrusion and the gripper of the gripping system is composed of nylon of 50 to 79 wt%, glass fiber of 20 to 40 wt% and molybdenum of 1 to 10 wt%. The protrusion is manufactured by plastic, and operated by pneumatic pressure. |
