<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for switching an oscillator which switches asynchronous oscillating signals in a short waiting time. <P>SOLUTION: Preferably, a high-speed switching circuit 300 comprises a primary oscillator 310, and a secondary oscillator 312 and triggers the transfer of an oscillator from the primary oscillator 310 to the secondary oscillator 312 by immediately inputting a bridge input, which is followed by an edge of the primary oscillator 310, to the secondary oscillator 312, remains there until the same edge of the secondary oscillator 312 is found, and switches the primary oscillator to the secondary oscillator 312. An bridge input is preferably eligible for selecting a signal of the primary oscillator 310 so as to correspond to a signal status which is stacked in a state of logical 0 or logical 1.
