PUNCHING DEVICE FOR PIPING TO EASILY COLLECT METAL POWDER AND TO REDUCE OVERLOAD IN MOTOR DURING PUNCHING

PURPOSE: A punching device is provided to previously prevent the pollution of city water by collecting metal powder during a punching through magnetic force and to reduce the overload in a motor by setting a rotating speed of a cutting blade corresponding to a diameter of a punched hole. CONSTITUTION: An operating shaft(20) is arranged inside a first housing(71) to be rotatable for rotating a cutting blade(1). A moving device of the operating shaft is arranged inside a second housing(72) to punch a hole in a pipe through the cutting blade by moving forward and backward in the rotatable status of the operating shaft. The moving device of the operating shaft has a screw shaft to be combined with the operating shaft and beveled gear portions(91,92) to move the screw shaft forward and backward. A removing device of metal powder is arranged in the operating shaft and a fixing portion to absorb the metal powder during a punching through magnetic force. A gear shifting device(30) supports the operating shaft to rotate the operating shaft slow or fast according to the size of a punched hole in the pipe and shifts the rotating speed of a motor by arranging in the fixing portion. Thereby, the metal powder during the punching is collected easily.
