<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance customer satisfaction by identifying a product not purchased by a customer. <P>SOLUTION: By using an IC chip attached to the product, information about whether each of the products is taken up by the customer or not is captured. The information about a moving pathway for each of the customers (position information) inside a store for a convenience store, and the like, and the information about staying time at a designated place in the store, are captured.
