摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method of tire performance capable of providing an evaluation result in high precision in a comparatively short period of time, a tire designing method using it and a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire to manufacture the tire in accordance with its designing value by adopting a simple additional condition in a static simulation method. SOLUTION: A tire finite element model 2 is installed on a virtual wheel and centrifugal force F1 equivalent to virtual rotation of the tire, a vertical load F2 from a wheel shaft O of the virtual wheel, external force F3 to a tire inner surface equivalent to virtual internal pressure of the tire, a frictional coefficientμagainst a virtual road surface 7 and a rotational angleθof the wheel shaft O=0.5-5°or displacement X=1-5 mm are given under a method to simulate the tire performance by using the finite element method approximating the tire to evaluate by the tire finite element model 2.
