PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new formula preparation containing, as an active ingredient, a substance alternative to a conventional retinoid, capable of preventing, inhibiting and also treating unfavorable legions associated with lipid (fat) droplets formation. SOLUTION: The inhibitor of lipid droplet formation contains, as the active ingredient, at least one substance among fullerene hydroxides and a fullerene conjugate modified with or included in an organic compound.
