PURPOSE: A damper installation structure is provided to simply reduce noise produced from a driving motor of a damper without a change of design. CONSTITUTION: A damper has a damper body(12), a driving motor(20), and a baffle(30) combined to the damper body in an opening and shutting state. The baffle opens and shuts the flowing of chill by opening and shutting by the driving motor. A damper installation structure is installed to a flow passage of chill. The damper installation structure has an insertion groove in which the damper is inserted and supported. Projected ribs(42), on which the damper is supported in a contact state, are oppositely formed to the inner periphery of the insertion groove.
