<p>The invention relates to an insole (1) comprising a base insole (2) composed of a foamed material layer (10, 30). A top layer (20) is applied to the material layer (10, 30). Whilst the foamed material layer (10, 30) preferably has a hardness of between 10 and 20 Shore A, the top layer (20) enables an insole (1) with an overall hardness of between 30 and 40 Shore A to be obtained. The foamed material layer can be composed of latex and/or polyurethane foam. The insole comprising the material combination disclosed herein produces an excellent massage or acupressure action and can be configured to have a targeted effect on individual organs or areas of the body, without causing over-stimulation.</p> |
