<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate intentional no-light traveling and insufficient illumination by low-speed traveling, because loads of a generator make a pedal heavy. <P>SOLUTION: By using a base with the same specification as that of a conventional lamp socket, using a space inside the base and a space where a conventional electric lamp used to be positioned, and incorporating a diode bridge rectifying circuit and a smoothing circuit for converting and an alternate current to a direct current and a direct-current voltage stabilization circuit into the space inside the base and an upper space of an opening part, a plurality of white light-emitting diodes with high electric power illumination converting efficiency is lit. Due to this structure, the LED unit can correspond to the light socket, and be replaced with the conventional lamp. As a result, loads on the pedal by traveling in the nighttime can be reduced.
