PURPOSE: Provided are a pharmaceutical composition comprising lansoprazole having a good stability under acidic condition and sodium silicoaluminate, and an oral preparation containing the same. The pharmaceutical composition is useful as anti-ulcer agents. CONSTITUTION: The pharmaceutical composition is composed of lansoprazole and sodium silicoaluminate and used for the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers. The oral preparation is manufactured by mixing lansoprazole and sodium silicoaluminate as a stabilizing agent and coating the mixture with the enteric coating agent. The oral preparation is formulated into a tablet or a capsule.
