PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar system and an ultrasonic trocar system quickening a postoperative cure by reducing the invasion and suppressing a scar from being left for cosmetic reasons. SOLUTION: This trocar system 1 is so formed that a hand piece unit is formed by detachably assembling a trocar inner needle 3 formed with a puncture needle 36 in its tip, with a trocar sheath tube punctured into a patient and indwelled therein. This trocar system 1 is formed with a through-hole 37 in the axial center part of the hand piece unit so that a pneumoperitoneum needle to be punctured into the body wall can be inserted into the through-hole 37. The hand piece unit is moved relative to the pneumoperitoneum needle punctured into the body wall to guide the pneumoperitoneum needle into the through-hole 37. The trocar inner needle 3 is punctured into the body wall of the patient using the pneumoperitoneum needle as a guide (shaft) in an integrally assembled state with the trocar sheath tube and the sheath tube is indwelled therein.
