PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination medicine dispensing management system, a method, and a management program capable of coping with a change of an examination schedule, and reducing the excessive quantity of the examination medicine. SOLUTION: A monitoring means 72 monitors the quantity of a radiation nuclide in the examination medicine held in a medicine dispensing device 3 based on a radiation dose measured by a radiation dosimeter 82. A control means 71 of a control device 7 checks excess and deficiency to the examination schedule (inputted from an input means 5) of the quantity of the radiation nuclide, and issues a warning to an operator through a display means 6 in the case of deficiency, and, if necessary, allows an accelerator 1 and a medicine synthesizing device 2 to synthesize the medicine additionally.
