PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner outdoor unit and an air conditioning system capable of improving the heat insulation effect in a pipe. SOLUTION: A connection port 7 of the pipe connected to heat exchanging units 1a-1e is formed on a mounting face of a base 3 to a wall face 11 of a building, and the pipe is directly connected with a pipe 12 of an indoor unit 13. Whereby the pipe 12 of the indoor unit 13 drawn out from the building is directly taken into the air conditioner outdoor unit, as a result, the pipe 12 is not directly exposed to the outside air, and the heat insulating effect in the pipe 12 can be improved.
