PURPOSE: Provided is a portable emergency rescue tool having a small size and light weight and thus, to help people to be able to quickly respond an emergency, saving more lives within a short time. CONSTITUTION: The portable emergency rescue tool includes a housing(10) in a portable size, having a space or bag(11) inside and one surface being exposed to outside; an oxygen bottle(20) inside the space(11); an oxygen inhaler(21) disposed inside the oxygen bottle(20); an air bag(27) disposed inside the housing(10); a power generator(12) installed at one side of the housing(10); an operation switch(13) attached to one side of the housing(10) and connected to the power generator(12); and an alarm(40) installed inside the housing(10) for giving an alarm when the operation switch(13) is on.
